THEY WILL NOT FAIL!!! I've never seen perseverance like this. I had an underground safe that malfunctioned from water damage that needed to be drilled open. There are very few locksmiths that will even attempt this kind of challenge. They actually seemed to embrace and even enjoy attacking the situation and never had a doubt that they'd be successful. AND THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN FAIR!!! All customer service related businesses should operate like Rocket Locksmith!!! ~ Lee M

Ahmed was great! I had two locks that needed re-keyed to match our existing home key. He came within 30 minutes of me calling, much faster than I was anticipating. He was very thorough and even took the time to fix one of our doors that wasn't closing all the way on its own. The doors look great now and I'm very happy with his service. ~ Brian D
